Personalized orders ship in 5-10 business days. If you need the merchandise for an special occasion, please send an e-mail confirming we can ship it within 48 hours. If you place an order of $100 or more during a promotion and you are elegible for free shipping & handling. If any of the ítems are returned and the remaining order is not $100 or more, you will be charged for the previous shipping. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: All refunds and returns have a 5% restocking fee. Exchanges do NOT have restocking fee. How to Exchange a Product? All exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase. Only items bought online are eligible. If you want to exchange some items e-mail to orders@sportsandbeyond.com to receive a exchange form and authorization number. Simply print and fill out the Return Form (to avoid any delay in processing your refund, please ensure the form is thoroughly completed). Please mail the completed form, original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to the address on the form. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting an exchange. Personalized or customized items are not eligible to return or exchange. All products must be new, unused and with the tags still on the products. No used items can be returned by any circumstance.
