Shipping Information: Orders ship in 5-7 business days. Personalized orders ship in 5-10 business days. If you need the merchandise for an special occasion, please send an e-mail confirming we can ship it within 48 hours. When you place an order of merchandise during a promotion and you are elegible for free shipping & handling, if any of the items are returned you will be charged for the previous shipping to accommodate for lost sales. Shipping cost for exchanges are at the customer's expense.

Returns and Cancellation Policies: Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All returns have a 5% restocking fee. Exchanges do NOT have restocking fee.

How to Exchange a Product? All exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase. Only items bought online are eligible. If you want to exchange some items e-mail to to receive a exchange form and authorization number. Simply print and fill out the Return Form (to avoid any delay in processing your refund, please ensure the form is thoroughly completed). Please mail the completed form, original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to the address on the form. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting an exchange. Personalized or customized items are not eligible to return or exchange. All products must be new, unused and with the tags still on the products. No used items can be returned by any circumstance.
